The potential...the mission...the goal...execution

So here's the potential...

1) $ from Cafe
2) $ from Flower Shop
3) $ from Art Supplies
4) $ from Art Classes
5) $ from Gallery
6) $ from Events

There's potential to bring in additional revenue in each 'business'.  Somethings gotta change though...I need help of experts and I just need to do it quick.  I've realized that I can't wait till my product is 100% perfect because it just keeps getting pushed back.  I've got to create a business plan..for each business...and execute even if its 70% of what I want it to be....and then make improvements.

Old Mission Statement: Create Community through Art
New Mission Statement: Make an awesome business, an identity, a popping spot, and focus on profits...community will come with a stable financial base.  

Learn from the experts.  Soak and study...do it for the Fam.

Goal: Make an additional $1000/day by December 2013.
